We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Express: 1–2 business days — £2.29
- Standard: 3–5 business days — £2.29 (orders under £19.99)
- Standard: 3–5 business days — FREE (orders £19.99 and over)
Carriers We ship via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at davwax@proton.me.
